This Week on The Parental Life:

The Call (Season 2, Episode 4) Almost-30 Ashley continues to enjoy the benefits - and limitations - of a life lived with the parents. After enjoying a home-cooked meal, Ashley will debate the likeliness of finding life outside the house or finding an escape in a good book. But every time she sits down to read, she'll be made uneasy by the anticipation of a phone call from The Boy she met two weeks ago. Providing him with her phone number at the end of last week's episode, now she must endure the wait for The Call. Hilarity inevitably ensues each time the phone rings and Ashley searches for a place that offers both cell reception and privacy from inquiring minds. Will The Call come? Will Ashley be mortified by her mother's query about needing anything at Wal-Mart, like tampons? Will her father think it is funny to sneak up behind her and shout humorless jokes in an attempt to remind her what it's like to be 15? Will The Boy become The Date? Tune in Tuesday after 5:30 p.m.
